We are currently seeking an experienced resource for “SAP HCM End User” with extensive hands on experience.

Functional Area: Finance, Payroll, Tax
Role: SAP HCM End User
Employment Type: Contractual
Education: Any UG Graduate

Required Skills:

  • Expertise on feasibility, design, configuration, testing, rollout, and support of Employee Central Payroll with particular emphasis on Setup of Basic Pay ,Setup Additional Payments and Recurring Payments and Deduction ,
  • Expertise in Wage Type Creation, Good knowledge in payroll Functions, Pay slip setup using Remuneration Statement.
  • Working knowledge on Personnel Calculation Rules and Schema customization
  • Integration with Finance & Costing.
  • Strong configuration experience in SAP Payroll for 2 end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation.
  • Work with developers to provide guidance on functional specifications, and overseeing testing of new functionality to ensure it is to specification.
  • Deep skill knowledge on following Payroll countries, Great Britain, India, Singapore, Netherlands, USA, Canada, Malaysia, Australia.
  • Create training documentation and impart training to end users.
  • Manage all communication.

Soft Skills:

  • Comfortable using MS – Office, Excel (expert in V-lookup, pivot table)
  • Good at Verbal & Written Communication skills.
